Mother's Day

We cooked lunch at our house for Mother's Day and celebrated with the Cromwells. We celebrated with my family for dinner. Luke gave his mommy a "I love mommy book" and helped daddy get her a beautiful necklace! It was a fabulous first mothers day!

David, Steve, and Diane went to Temple this weekend to see the house. I stayed home with Luke. He has been very sick this week with Roseola! Poor guy, but he is finally starting to feel better! Here are some updated pics of the house! It should be finished in just a few weeks!

Grand Lake

Luke and I went to Grand Lake for the weekend to visit Daddy while he finished up his Rural rotation for medical school. The Skellys (Dan, Kat, and baby skelly) and the Savages (Adam, Suni, Ethan, and baby Savage) spent the weekend with us. Luke got to go down the slide and swing in a swing for the first time. He absolutely LOVED swinging! We had a great weekend.

Easter Weekend

Easter weekend was a blast! We spent Saturday with Gramma and Papa hunting easter eggs outside. Luke was more interested in playing with the grass than hunting eggs! He did learn to put the eggs in the basket! Such a smart little man! We had a wonderful dinner (Luke ate an alvacado for the first time)!! Sunday we spent with Nana and Grandad. We went to Lifechurch and had a home cooked meal. Luke got to color easter eggs for the first time. He LOVED it!! His hands were green by the end. We had a wonderful first easter with Lukers!

Temple, TX

Well most of you all know already that we will be moving to Texas in June for David's anesthesia residency. It is a four year program at Scott and White hospital. We are building a new house! Yeah! We are set to close June 5th and David will start residency June 26th.
